Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG - Cariola

  • A special selection of the best Erbaluce grapes yields a dry white wine with a brilliant, dense straw-yellow robe. Grapes are harvested at the beginning of October, soft pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is then bottle aged before being placed on the market.
